Evelyn is a magical realism game in which the player explores a small space in a hospital room, clicking on interactive objects to trigger voiced dialogue vignettes accompanied by interactive visual scenery that fit the theme and tone of the vignette. The game centers around the character occupying the hospital room, Evelyn, and tells the stories of specific moments of her hospital stay. The game was very visually interesting, but could have used more content and more for the player to do while listening to the voiced dialogue. The quality of the voiced dialogue could have also been improved through more iteration and retakes, but the dialogue was added too far into the development cycle for much iteration.
